Andrew Finn
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Finn has spent the balance of his 25 years of professional operational and management experience in the aerospace and defense industry. He is called upon to provide highly analytical guidance to companies both domestic and international. An Empowered Official, he is quite knowledgeable about ITAR having worked extensively with the US Department of State and Department of Commerce related to import and export of products including firearms, ammunition, electro-optic payloads, sensors, aircraft, and armor among other products. Mr. Finn has designed and executed international business expansion strategies for several companies with countries in the Baltics, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Finn’s previous work experience includes operating within the International Defense Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing financial guidance to US and foreign federal entities including NATO.
Mr. Finn has longstanding personal and professional relationships on Capitol Hill and has affected several Congressional Plus-ups and engages directly with numerous foreign embassies.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Fraser Optics, the largest supplier of stabilized binoculars to the US DoD, Mr. Finn negotiated and partnered with 28 new partners of which 10 were international, expanding the company’s global reach. As the Chief Operating Officer of Blake Equipment, Mr. Finn grew the business 20% in 22 months and supported the successful sale to Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: FELE).
With his extensive investment banking experience holding positions at Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities and Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Mr. Finn led numerous complicated merger and acquisition transactions in the aerospace and defense industry for DRS, L3, Boeing, and Raytheon, among others.
His operational experience also includes serving as President, Officer, Director, CFO and Chief Operating Officer for manufacturing and service companies in various stages of growth from inception to global expansion. He possesses Six Sigma education, is a certified Project Management Professional, maintains familiarity with CMMi and holds an active Secret-level Security Clearance. Mr. Finn is a Strategic Advisor to ZAF Industries Inc and sits on the Board of the United States Navy League National Capitol Council.
Mr. Finn achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, was educated at the University of California at Berkeley, conducts ongoing work at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is married with 2 sons.
Ramil N. Carmen
Chief Financial Officer
Ramil N. Carmen has an extensive background of over 30 years in various industries such as banking, IT, petroleum, and MLM. Before joining ORGANO, he was a General Manager for the credit card division of a major petroleum company in the Philippines. Ramil’s broad experience has given him significant expertise in finance, accounting, systems audit, and operations. Additionally, he has also worked as a professor in business, finance, and accounting.
Since joining ORGANO in early 2010, Ramil has made considerable contributions to the company’s financial and accounting infrastructure across different regions. His credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and he is a licensed CPA in the Philippines. He has also finished a business management program at the Asian Institute of Management and recently completed a FinTech course under Harvard University’s VPAL program.
Aside from his successful professional career, Ramil is an ordained Christian pastor and holds a Master’s Degree in Theology with Summa Cum Laude honors from a Baptist seminary in the US. He currently resides with his family in British Columbia, Canada. His approach to work is inspired by a biblical verse from Colossians 3:23, which emphasizes giving one’s best effort in all tasks as if working for the Lord, not merely for people.
Fran Muntz
Vice President, Beauty Division
Beauty expert and entrepreneur Fran, after starting as a hobby at the age of 15, developed her passion for “all things beauty” into a lifelong career within the beauty and cosmetic industry in New Zealand.
Initially trained as a Hairdresser and in Cosmetology, she quickly decided to be self- employed and at the age of 19 simultaneously opened her own Salon and purchased a Modelling and Deportment School. While searching for a natural skin care range, she was introduced to a new Direct Sales Skincare and Cosmetics Company where she excelled for 28 years, reaching every level within the marketing plan and achieved every sales challenge offered. With a change of direction she accepted the General Manager role for an American Direct Sales Company opening into Australia and New Zealand and after 5 years, along with her husband Neville purchased the company’s assets.
This purchase allowed Fran to put her vast experience and knowledge into developing new products and services including 100% natural Skin Care, Colour Coordinated Cosmetics, Colour Analysis and Personal Image.
Fran has been part of the Organo team since 2018 and has developed and launched the beU skincare line from the start. Her expertise allows her to lead the research and development of products and formulas, as well as packaging and liaising with all parties from manufacturing to the exporting of beU products globally.
As VP of the Beauty Division, Fran spearheads the product training and skill development of the ORGANO salesforce on Skincare and Beauty.
Shella Chua
Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Shella is responsible for building a dynamic working environment and sustainable personnel infrastructure, global call centres and distributor systems that allow ORGANO to provide high quality distributor and customer services and achieve its business goals.
Formally, she is responsible for human resources, customer and distributor experience and services, business relations and services and overall corporate management and administration. Yet, Shella is a key advisor to the CEO as well as all departments within ORGANO to ensure that the mission of the company is fulfilled.
Shella is one of the very first ORGANO employees, starting as a part-time at the Company’s inception in 2008. She worked side-by-side with the Founder to build the company from one product out of a one room office, into one of the largest network marketing companies in the industry.
Shella earned a bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta in Canada. Prior to joining ORGANO, Shella worked as a Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing.
Mike Battistelli

With ORGANO since 2021, Mike is a 38-year veteran of the network marketing industry with a successful history as top-earning distributor, consultant to, trainer for, and owner of network marketing companies. An early champion of telecom deregulation, he founded Alert Communications International, an industry-leading telecommunications reseller, serving agent-based customer acquisition efforts in both traditional and direct sales environments, creating in excess of $10MM in monthly commissionable billing.
As an MLM senior executive, Mike directed strategic worldwide expansion and directed business development and operational logistics in a dozen culturally-diverse markets worldwide within a strict cost-management environment, and worked with key distributors to create new opportunities, grow revenues, and penetrate emerging markets.
During the software explosion of the 1990s, he founded a software firm that crafted cutting-edge commission and genealogy tracking software, processed data for network marketing startups, and guided the successful growth of numerous direct sales companies.
A graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, Eastman School of Music, and University of Massachusetts/Amherst, Mike and his wife Kate were active professionals in the New York City music and Broadway Theatre world –he a professional trumpet player, Musical Director and Conductor on staff at Radio City Music Hall; she a television and Musical Theatre actress, and for three years Yul Brynner’s leading lady in “The King and I.” Their daughter Francesca Battistelli is a GRAMMY and Dove Award-winning singer/songwriter and Contemporary Christian recording artist.

With his Industrial Engineering background focused on business strategies, quality management systems, customs administration, planning and control, Rodolfo manages and implements strategies to improve processes and operations in the Latin American market for ORGANO.
Rodolfo started his story in ORGANO in 2010 when he joined as a Consultant and then as the General Manager for the Mexico operations of the company. In 2016 he was promoted as VP for the Latam region and he positioned it as the region of the year by 2018.
Rodolfo has over 15 years of experience in the Network Marketing industry, successfully establishing the operation of different Network Marketing companies in Mexico and Latin America such as NHT Global, Fuel Freedom International and Jeunesse previous to ORGANO.
Paul Steven Mason
VP, Global Operations
As an expert in managing complex projects across varied industries, Paul has over 20 years of experience in the development and management of successful, long term logistics strategies and tactics for diverse companies.
Paul started his career at Organo as the Regional Operations Manager EMEA in 2018. He focuses in the application of practices and methods of logistics, and operational applications for sustainable and increased return on investment.
The expertise that Paul provides in sourcing, supply chain management, 3PL management, product development, and cost optimisation are the catalyst for achieving the overall goals for all regions to ensure they operate in a cost efficient and compliant manner.
His previous experience ecompasses diverse industries such as Global Utilities, B2B Marketing, multi level marketing and Food Packaging.

Bonita Muntz

Coming from a diverse and colourful background in sales, marketing, production/events management, makeup artistry, dance and performing arts, Bonita brings a weath of knowledge and expertise in her Beauty Training & Development lead role in ORGANO since 2019.
Bonita is based in Christchurch, New Zealand and travels all over the world to many Organo events. A full-time entrepreneur, Bonita also runs Innovative Media Management, a social media agency and her own beauty consulting firm in Christchurch.
Joel Binn
Vice President, Technology Innovation
Blockchain Strategist and Product Expert – Joel has over 25 years of consulting, entrepreneurial and leadership experience in the technology arena for Fintechs, Brokerage, Energy, Global 1000, and government; with a view towards “Harnessing Disruptive Technologies®” such as Blockchain and IoT.
Joel helps organizations achieve market dominance through organizational transformation for major corporations (e.g. Hitachi, BofA, JPM-Chase, City of New York).
Joel is also a patent holder in economic preference marketing, and founder/lead/participant in numerous startups in the Currency, Trade Finance, Insurance and Fraud prevention arenas such as: CorpCoin.io, Truechoice Solutions, Orbian, Whitehall World Wide, and Pentagon. Joel’s other credits include Blockchain, IoT, trade settlement/finance, payments and general technology consulting/speaking/leadership/product development.
Shannon Hewitson

With over 25 years of experience launching & managing direct sales organizations in Canada, Shannon oversees and facilitates business relationship between Distribution Partners, regional and HQ staff and external partners to ensure synergy and ease of operation.
Shannon is an entrepreneur and self-starter with compliance and regulatory experience in the Canadian market on Provincial Direct Selling Licensing Requirements, Canadian Advertising, Privacy Policy Legislation, Competition Bureau, Industry Canada, DSA, and Better Business Bureau. She has launched 3 direct selling companies and has been responsible for the regulatory and compliance development in several countries to ensure ethical business practices.
Awie Kardiman

As Chief Financial Officer, Awie Kardiman has global responsibility for all accounting and financial operations, as well as risk management operations for ORGANO.
Awie is a seasoned finance professional who started his career in Asia with a Big 4 accounting firm. From there, he joined Asia Pulp and Paper, a multi-billion dollar manufacturing and distribution group of companies, conducting business in more than 100 countries. In 2007, Awie relocated to North America to take a senior management role and became the Chief Financial Officer for several companies in the region.
Awie received his B.A. in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti, and is a designated accountant (CPA, CMA) in British Columbia, Canada. Awie is also fluent in Indonesian.
